Returns & Refunds

We are a very small company and print everything to order. We do not keep stock of any of our pieces. Items returned to us are invariably damaged after two rounds in the post and unfortunately need to be written off. Therefore, returns for us are costly and we try to keep them to a minimum if we can.

Of course, we want you to be entirely happy with your Musée purchases and understand that sometimes pieces just don’t work for our customers so if you do feel you need to return anything to us or chat before you buy please contact us  here and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
