Print Returns
We’re a very small team and every piece is printed to order, just for you. Because we don’t hold any stock, and our prints are delicate, items returned to us are often damaged after two journeys in the post — and sadly, can’t be resold.
Returns are therefore costly for us as a small business, and we try to keep them to a minimum where possible. That said, we absolutely want you to be happy with your Musée piece. If something doesn’t work in your space, or if you’d like to talk things through before ordering, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’ll always do our best to help.
Frame Returns
Our frames are individually handmade and often bespoke, so unfortunately they are non-returnable. As each one is hand-painted to order, slight variations in finish and tone can occur — this is part of their charm.
